Introduction
The hypixel store is where you can purchase in game items, such as ranks and credits and much more included, and planned for the near future, you will be able to take your experience on the hypixel network, to the next level.
Logging into the store
The store can be found at one simple URL: store.hypixel.net.When you go onto this page you will be greeted by a welcome message, from the staff team. If you look above the welcome message, you will see a navigation menu, with the tabs “Home, Ranks, Hypixel Credits, Network boosters”
(Explained further below) simply click which section you would like to visit, then you will be brought to a brand new page, where it will ask you to enter your in game name. When entering your in game name, enter it exactly like you spelt it, as it is case sensitive.
The monthly bonus tab was the old method of collecting the monthly bonus credits, now you need to use /delivery or click the delivery man. There is one in every lobby.
You're now logged into the store!
What can I purchase?
There is a mass variety of items you can purchase, with a lot more being planned for the near future, below everything is explained. Remember prices can be changed at any time!
Ranks
Ranks are basically a massive package of goodies and items, that will give you a variety of items in game. Every rank and its features are explained below. All ranks are lifetime (1 time purchase). Not every item is listed in this guide, they're all listed at store.hypixel.net

Access to exclusive cosmetics in game such as
Final kill effects in mega walls and blitz
Quakecraft cases, hats and armor

Access to /head allows you to where player heads in lobbies!

Hypixel credits
Hypixel credits can be used to purchase cosmetic items, such as gadgets, pets and even warlords weapon skins. You can access the vanity shop, which is where the gadgets and pets are kept, the pets are identified by a bone, and gadgets are identified by a piston. You can see your credits by two ways, in the main lobby, to the right side of your screen is a scoreboard, it is shown. Or click the player head, then hover over the character information (skull)

Network boosters
Network boosters give you triple coins in the gamemode you purchase it from, when someone buys a booster it allows players to tip the person with the booster using /tip name, they get 100 coins, and you get 25 coins. It does not take the coins from your in game balance. You can also do /thank name, to get karma. Network boosters are for every gamemode, and have a variety of prices. Network boosters can be activated by doing /booster then clicking the water bottle.
Payment options
There is currently three methods of paying for ranks, option one is through paypal, accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Option two, is through paymentwall, that accepts all the cards stated above. And the third method is via paysafe cards

FAQ
How long will it take to receive my purchase and if I don't receive it what do I do?
Please allow up to 1 hour for your purchase to come through, if not feel free to contact the support team
It says I am banned from buycraft what do I do?
You need to speak to the buycraft team, this is usually because you have chargebacked from other servers, buycraft support can be found here https://www.buycraft.net/support they may re-direct you to hypixel support
I am banned from the server for chargeback, what do I do?
You need to contact the support team, they will give you instructions on what to do.
Can I buy my friends stuff?
Yes, when entering the in game name, put their name, instead yours.
If someone buys me something then chargebacks what will happen?
The person who bought you the item, and then chargebacked will be punished, not you.
Why didn’t I receive X with my rank?
Due to the EULA that was implemented by Mojang, certain items was removed. You can find more about the EULA here https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula
If I change my name will I lose anything I’ve bought?
No, hypixel is supported by UUID so if you change your name you won't lose anything. This is the same for in game purchases and stats.
How can I enter coupon codes?
When on checkout, there is a box that says coupon code. Enter the coupon there then click redeem coupon button.
How can I convert the currency from USD to my currency on the store?
At the top of the store, by default you will see a box with USD written on it, click it, a drop down box will open, then click on your currency and it will automatically convert it for you.
