The most numerous of all Datapoints, World Datapoints are found lying around the open world. Unlike Scanned Glyphs, they're always the small devices with purple holograms. While not as inherently spoilery as other sections, these Datapoints can give away spoilers for the side stories by virtue of character names, locations and Datapoints. Please keep this in mind as you use this page!

01 - Londra Loses Love!

• Location: Burning Shores - Delvers’ Camp Island

This Datapoint can be found on the Eastern island with the Delvers’ Camp on it. This island will be between the main central island and Cauldron: THETA.

On this island is a path that leads from the Fire Clawstrider Mount Site and uphill to the South-East. When you get to the traffic light with the bus underneath it, head right (or North) to a the corner of a ruined building: the Datapoint will be inside this corner, next to an Ancient Valuables Box.

02 - Leyla’s Place

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is found on the main island of the Burning Shores, the one North-East of the region’s only Thunderjaw Site (it’s easier to locate at night thanks to the glowing blue plants). If you don’t have a Flying Mount, you can climb up here using some handholds on the Southern face of the building.

Once you’re up, the Datapoint will be on the counter in the middle of the room. While you’re here, don’t forget to Pry Open the Ancient Trunk in the side room, it has 5 Brimshine!

03 - Cyan Lush

• Location: Burning Shores

Located on one of the three small islands North-North-East of the main central island. The middle island will have a raised highway, with a car on the Western end: the Datapoint will be in this car.

04 - Desertdaze 2058

• Location: Burning Shores

Found on the bottom of a red cablecar in front of a stone arch, North-West of a Stalker site on the Eastern side of the main central island. You can find it just North of the path that snakes between the Stalker Site and a Pangea Figurine.

05 - JOOZT! Online Reviews

• Location: Burning Shores

On the Southern peninsula of the main central island will be a sandy intersection, just South of a Bellowback Site. Head for this intersection’s fork as displayed on the map screen to find a taxi car buried in the sand: the Datapoint will be here in the slightly open door.

06 - Leaving LA

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint can be found on the small sandy island located North-East of Fleet’s End. On the Eastern side of it will be a sandy clearing guarded by Burrowers: check here for a van directly underneath a traffic light to find the Datapoint right next to it.

07 - Beat Algorism in Luxury

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is located near the middle of the main central island. Look for a lava flow that goes into the river that cuts through the island; it’ll be just South of Starlight Light and a Bilegut Site, and North-North-East of a Slaughterspine Site.

Above the lava flow will be some rocky platforms that you can access from the Bilegut Site to the North; cross over a log to the first one to spot a taxi under a palm tree: the Datapoint will be on the dashboard of the taxi.

08 - Devin’s War on Gastronomy

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is located on the North-Western cliffs of the main central island, specifically almost directly West of a Fire Clamberjaw Site. There at the edge of the cliff will be two cars underneath a highway sign: the Southern car will have this Datapoint on the dashboard.

09 - Clerk Quest II: Deluxe Edition

• Location: Burning Shores

In the middle of the main central island is a Slaughterspine / Thunderjaw Site, with a Campfire South-West of it (between them and a Bilegut Site on a lava flow). Head for that Campfire, then follow the path South along the edge of the cliff. As you go, keep an eye on your left to spot the Datapoint on the edge, close to an Ancient Valuables Chest

10 - The Man Behind the ‘Kini

• Location: Burning Shores

To find this Datapoint, head for the Dreadwing Site on the South-West corner of the main central island. Here is a path that goes around the coast and then North towards a Campsite, crossing over a small stream in the process.

Get to this stream via the path, then look for the Datapoint nearby at the stream’s source: if the Dreadwing is already dead then its corpse will be on top. If the Dreadwing is alive of course, it will likely scramble Aloy’s Focus and prevent you from Scanning it, forcing you to kill it first!

11 - Maintenance Report

• Location: Burning Shores - Heaven’s Rest

Found just outside the entrance to Heaven’s Rest, which is in the North-Western hills of the Burning Shores close to the Hollywood sign. Just outside of the entrance is a Campfire (the most North-Western Campfire on the map): the Datapoint will be sitting on a mossy rock just next to it.

12 - Advocate: AI Should Lawyer Up

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is found in the Northern part of the Burning Shores. To find it, look directly North of the main central island to spot a Bilegut to the East and a Shelter to the West, both perfectly in-line with each-other.

Between the two is a cooled lava flow visible from the Map screen. Head there and check the ruins of a white building buried in the cooled lava for the Datapoint, towards the bottom.

13 - A Reflection on Reese Clarker

• Location: Burning Shores

A somewhat tricky Datapoint to direct to, this is located in the North-Western hills of Burning Shores. There, look for a Sunwing Site, then head for a forested area to the South-West (it’ll have a long winding driveway leading down into the bay).

The Old Ones ruins here will have a square-ish multi-storey building next to the driveway, with visibly exposed metal frames holding up the floors and roof, and a large tree growing out of it. The Datapoint is in this building on the second floor.

14 - I’ll Be Okay

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is located on a tiny island with a cylindrical building on it, North of Fleet’s End and East of the island with Widemaws where Aloy first arrived at the Burning Shores. If you’ve completed "The Stars in Their Eyes" Main Quest, then there’ll be a Devotee Camp here.

Check the South-Eastern side of the cylindrical tower on this island to find the Datapoint at its base, among some metal pipes.

15 - Servitor Oil Masks

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint can be found at a Bilegut Site directly North of the main central island, and North-West of the small island with a Rollerback Site in the middle. Here on the Western shore is the corpse of a Bilegut with the Datapoint next to it, but it’s guarded by the two living Bileguts.

16 - Acceptance Speech (V6)

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint can be found on the Widemaw island where Aloy first arrived and met Seyka. In the North-West corner of the island is a hill of cooled lava: head to the top of this lava flow up to the corner of a ruin, where you can find the Datapoint sitting on a ledge, next to an Ancient Valuables Chest.

17 - Redacted Incident File

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is in the Northern hills of the Burning Shores, specifically at a Sunwing Site directly East of Heaven’s Rest. Here will be a Sunwing perched on the roofed balcony of a rather square building: the Datapoint is on this balcony directly below it, near a Brimshine Sliver.

18 - Hot Holoskins for Hot Yoga!

• Location: Burning Shores

Found in the housing area directly between the two lava flows on the Eastern hills of the Burning Shores, and exactly North of Cauldron THETA’s locked entrance. You’ll be looking for a small villa, with the Datapoint in its archway. This same building has a Brimshine Sliver you can collect.

19 - Our Town?

• Location: Burning Shores

On the Eastern hills of the Burning Shores are two lava flows: check North of the Northerly lava flow to find a ruined mansion (visible on the Map screen). The Datapoint can be found inside this mansion.

20 - Eating Rich

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is located on the island with a Rollerback Site, North-East of the main central island. It’ll be on a rooftop of a building North-West of the Rollerbacks, which you can actually climb up the corner of using some handholds. The Datapoint will be at this corner.

21 - USRC Order CM-153A

• Location: Burning Shores

Located on the island North-West of the main central island, the one with the Delvers’ Camp on it. From this camp, follow the path South-West, keeping an eye on your left for some white Old Ones ruins (you may find an Ancient Valuables Box in the middle of the road at this spot, which causes three Elemental Clawstriders to appear when you open it).

Among these ruins is a triangular structure with round archways: the Datapoint will be inside it.

22 - Finest Hour

• Location: Burning Shores

On the Eastern hills of the island is a series of lava rivers, directly East of the Rollerback Site island. The bottom will have two lava rivers, and two Frost Bellowbacks attempting to cool the lava. Check the building a bit uphill from them between the two lava rivers to find the Datapoint on the ground floor.

23 - Sci-Today: Juventas II

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on the Rollerback Site island, which is North-East of the main central island. Just South of the Rollerback Site is a tall ruined tower, with the Datapoint in a room partway up it on the North-Western side next to an Ancient Valuable Chest.

If you don’t have a Flying Mount, you can climb up here from the North-Eastern side of the tower.

24 - Dear Diary

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on the Eastern hills of the Burning Shores, specifically inside the mansion at the top of the Northern-most lava flow. While it is inside the locked room, you can still Scan it from outside the room using your Focus.

If you want to get inside the room, use a Flying Mount to pull off the blue hatch on the roof.

25 - We Let This City Die

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is in the bridge / railway complex, which is the archipelago South of the main central island. Until you’ve completed the “For His Amusem*nt” Main Quest, your only way here is on foot.

However you get to it, the Datapoint can be found close to the middle of the archipelago. From the sand bridge in the center, head West towards the Western bridge to find two rusted trains. The Datapoint will be on the nose of one of them, close to a Brimshine Sliver.

26 - Count Me Out

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is in the bridge / railway complex, which is the archipelago South of the main central island. Until you’ve completed the “For His Amusem*nt” Main Quest, your only way here is on foot.

However you get there, the Datapoint is found in the center-most bridge section of the archipelago. It’ll be inside one of the taxi cars in the middle of the bridge, near an Ancient Supply Box.

27 - Attention: CraftyEatz Services Crew

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is in the bridge / railway complex, which is the archipelago South of the main central island. Until you’ve completed the “For His Amusem*nt” Main Quest, your only way here is on foot.

However you get to it, the Datapoint can be found at the archipelago’s Eastern peninsula, although it may be guarded by Waterwings. The Datapoint will be on the corner of a rooftop here and next to an Ancient Valuables Chest.

28 - That Crap is Printed

• Location: Burning Shores - Quen Excavation
• Prerequisite: Begin the “In His Wake” Side Quest

This Datapoint is found inside the Quen Excavation area. You cannot access that area until you complete the “For His Amusem*nt” Main Quest and then progress the “In His Wake” Side Quest.

Once “In His Wake” takes you into the excavation, head to the upper level of the round oval room (aka the ruined mall) and go into the room on the North-West side, which is a bathroom. Check the basin between the two doorways to find it.

29 - The Post-Author Era

• Location: Burning Shores

In the Old Ones residential area North-West of Fleet’s End and North-East of the Stormbird island. Here will be two sets of lava rivers: head for the South-Western set and check the buried houses in-between the Eastern-most and middle lava rivers (close to the Frost Bellowbacks). The Datapoint will be here in the exposed attic of a house.

30 - See You in Colorado

• Location: Burning Shores

Located on the island South-East of the Stormbird island and South-West of Fleet’s End. Locate the Campfire in the North-Western corner of this island and travel to it. From here, look for the yellow vent on the side of a building a touch south of the Campfire (the building has round arches below the vent. Grapple to and open the vent, then crawl inside to find the Datapoint.

31 - RC-I Urgent Update

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on one of the two islands in the South-Western corner of the Burning Shores, specifically the one with the highway loops visible on the Map screen (also known as a spaghetti junction).

Just to the South of the Campfire are cars buried in the sand, alongside some short concrete barriers. On top of one of these shorts walls will be the Datapoint, but be careful of tripping the Stalker Mines!

32 - Don’t You Trust Me?

• Location: Burning Shores
• Prerequisite: Defeat the Stormbird

This Datapoint is found in the locked room on the Eastern point of the island, close to the ferris wheel and roller coaster track. However, it cannot be opened until you follow the Stormbird’s trail into the thundercloud and then defeat it.

33 - Out of Focus - Viewer Reviews

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on one of the two islands South-West of the main central island. It’ll be at the Southern end of the larger island to the North (which has a Shelter and a Fire Clamberjaw Site). The path here runs alongside a beached shipwreck: check the Old Ones ruins across from the shipwreck to find the Datapoint, close to an Ancient Valuables Box.

34 - Easy Pickings

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint can be found in the Old Ones residential area North-West of Fleet’s End: travel to the Campfire on the North-Eastern shore. From there, head South down the road until you get to the intersection: the Datapoint will be here on the dashboard of a car on the curb directly ahead of you.

35 - Final Flight

• Location: Burning Shores

In the South-West corner of the map are a series of islands: between the two Northern-most islands are three tiny ones, each holding up part of a crashed plane. Head for the smallest of these islands, the Southern one, to find the plane’s nose. The Datapoint will be here next to the co*ckpit door.

36 - Told You So

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is found at the Tremortusk Site, which is on the island West of Fleet’s End and East of the Stormbird island. It’ll be in the Old Ones building just North of the Tremortusk Site marker, and directly East of a Pangea Figurine. Look for the ruin with two large trees growing on it.

37 - A Warm Invitation

• Location: Burning Shores

Found at the Burning Shores’ only Tideripper Site, South-West of Fleet’s End. In the middle of the Tideripper’s patrol area are some stone wall sections: check the base of one of the Western stone walls (but still inside the Tideripper’s patrol circle) to find the Datapoint at its base.

38 - Delvers’ Directions

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint doesn’t actually have a fixed location. Instead, it only unlocks after you’ve collected all seven Delvers’ Trinkets. Its function is to collate all seven clues together so that it’s easier to follow the directions to the Delvers’ Treasure.

Until you have this Datapoint, you’ll be unable to dig the treasure up, even if you already know where it is!

39 - Don’t Ruin Pangea!

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on one of the two islands in the South-Western corner of the Burning Shores, specifically the one with the highway loops visible on the Map screen (also known as a spaghetti junction).

Near the Campfire on this island’s beach is a buried building with a “Rex Mex” hologram: the Datapoint will be on the roof of this building.

40 - Ugh! Elijah!

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on the front desk of The Fandom Zone on the Widemaw Site island North-West of Fleet’s End (this is the island Aloy crashed onto and first met Seyka). The Fandom Zone building is North-West of the sandy clearing where the Widemaw Site is.

To get in, you actually have to use your Focus to Scan the Datapoint from outside the store: this will give you the clue to find the Passcode that’ll help you get in.

41 - In For It

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on the Eastern side of the main central island, the section with the Stalker Site on it. It’s inside a The Fandom Zone store, which will be located North-East of a shelter and South-West of the Bilgut Site at Starlight Rise.

42 - I’m Meeting Jane!

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is found on the Eastern side of the Burning Shores, at the bottom of the lava rivers that run down to the Rollerback Site island. Check here for a building with a The Fandom Zone holographic sign on the front underwater (its roof is the most Northerly to still be underwater).

Climb up onto the roof using the handholds on the Southern face of the building, then shoot the Unstable Firegleam to make a hole in the roof you can drop down through. The Datapoint will be here, on a counter in the middle of the room.

43 - SecuriCase X Pangea

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is on the Tremortusk Site island, which is West of Land’s End and East of the Stormbird island. Head to the North-West corner of the building North-West of the Tremortusk Site to find a The Fandom Zone store. The Datapoint will be sitting in the doorway.

44 - Dino Digits Crowd Control

• Location: Burning Shores - Pangea Park
• Prerequisite: Progress the “For His Amusem*nt” Main Quest

Located in The Fandom Zone outlet inside Pangea Park, an area you cannot reach until you progress the “For His Amusem*nt” Main Quest.

Once you’re able to travel there, head for the South-Western part of the park with the Campfire and holographic map of the park in the middle. On the North-West side of this area is The Fandom Zone outlet: head inside via the front door to find the Datapoint on a carousel on your right.

45 - Chatbuddy Daily Check-In

• Location: Burning Shores

This Datapoint is located on the main central island, just a touch East of the Shelter in the middle of this island. It’s partway down a waterfall on a ledge. If you stand on the edge of the cliff where the Shelter is and face directly East, you’ll be able to see the semi-truck directly below you.
